This necklace is composed of a 15x14mm white glass heart that was made in Germany in the 1950s and features a delicate hand painted rose motif on the front.
The vintage stone has been set in a gold plated setting and attached to a 16" 24k gold plated chain.
Please note, there are small variances in the design due to the hand painted, vintage nature of the stones.
