Refund policy


 

Thanks for shopping at Shop Ally. If your item arrives flawed or broken, we're here to help.

At this time, we only accept returns of flawed or broken merchandise. Photos must be submitted to shopallyemail@gmail.com within 48 hours of the package being marked delivered to be accepted for review. If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a refund upon receipt. We make sure to carefully inspect each item before shipping and package all orders in a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery!

Returns

In some cases, we will not require a return. In the case we request the item be returned, you have 5 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it via a prepaid shipping label that will be provided upon approval of return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be have evident flaws and be approved for return by submitting proof to shopallyemail@gmail.com. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
