All domestic orders, unless upgraded, have a 1-3 day processing time. Orders with standard shipping are then shipped out via USPS first class package mail. Delivery typically takes 2-7 days, but may take longer in rare instances. Priority shipments should be delivered within 1-3 days.

International orders are processed within 1-3 days. Delivery estimates are available request.

We restock on occasion. Please reach out if there is a specific item you are interested in purchasing that is no longer in stock.

At this time, we only accept returns of flawed or broken merchandise. Photos must be submitted to ally@shopallyjewelry.com within 48 hours of the package being marked delivered to be accepted for review. If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a refund upon receipt. We make sure to carefully inspect each item before shipping and package all orders in a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery!

There is no exchange policy at this time. If any jewelry in your order arrives damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for return and will issue either a replacement item free of charge or offer a full refund.

Return shipping is free via a provided prepaid shipping label upon acceptance of your return. Please see our return policy for more detail.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24-48 hours of receipt of the return.

Care instructions vary from piece to piece in our shop. We provide jewelry at a variety of price points, meaning some items are more durable than others.

Our gold or rhodium plated pieces are tarnish-resistant and can be exposed to water and sweat without the risk of tarnishing. As they are plated items, there is a thin layer of the metal on the exterior, which can wear off over an extended period of wear.

Other jewelry items that are gold fill are more durable, as the gold coating is much thicker than with plated items.

All jewelry is hand assembled in Dallas, Texas with a variety of materials ranging from new metals to vintage pieces. Our ready made items are sourced from all over the world, with suppliers everywhere from Turkey to New York City.
