This necklace is composed of a 24k gold/silver plated chain with a vintage carved 15mm stone in the shape of a heart with an engraved scarab on the front and runes of protection on the back.
The stone has been hand set in a gold or silver plated setting which allows the pendant to be attached to the necklace.
